Basketball England directs club admins to generate registration links through PlayHQ and send them to players and coaches for seasons such as National Basketball League and BUCS pathways. Local leagues may receive separate invites. The NGB system is the source of truth for membership and competition licensing.
Clubs still struggle when the only “team OS” is the registration email thread. Training RSVPs, fee chasing and matchday chat do not live in PlayHQ. That gap is where WhatsApp and paper return.
