In the app
- Open Settings for account, notifications, privacy, and terms.
- Coaches: check Payment settings and Staff & permissions for billing and roles.
Fees and Apple Pay
Players pay the season fee or payment request amount shown by the team. Card and Apple Pay (when enabled) are processed by Stripe. Run5 does not add a player surcharge. Clubs pay a platform fee of 2.4% + 20p per digital payment (capped at £3.00), deducted from the Stripe payout. Bank transfers do not include that fee. See Terms and Privacy.
